平日のランチに1人で訪問です。
場所はJR浜松町駅から徒歩2〜3分の汐留ビル2階です。
11時50分で3割程度の先客でした。
カウンター席を案内してもらい「握りうどんセット」900円を注文しました。
このビルの寿司屋さんでセットが1000円以内。
ランチとは言えコスパ良いですね。
およそ6分で「握りうどんセット」の配膳です。
握りは5カン。マグロ､イカ､ビン長､ネギトロ軍艦巻き､玉子です。
シャリは少し多めのにぎりで､寿司酢は余り効いて無いです。ネタはランチ用ですかね？って感じでした。
うどんはツルツルしていて美味しいですね。汁は薄味で身体に優しい感じです。別盛りでネギと揚げ玉が付いてきます。
茶碗蒸しも薄味で出汁が効いていています。
銀杏､かまぼこ､アサリの剥き身が入っていましたが、アサリの潮の風味が強く淡白な味付けの茶碗蒸しには合わず、アサリの後味も長く感じられて残念でした。
この場所で値段は安いですが、それなりですね。
