前の事務所の先輩のお誘いを受けて忘年会。行きつけの幹事の方を除き全員転職してますが、こうして仲良く飲めるのはいい職場だったんだなあと実感します。
ミシュランの☆を取られたとのことでお店の前には胡蝶蘭が。場所は大門と御成門の間という微妙なところですが、満席。18時の一斉スタート制です。
話が盛り上がりすぎて一品一品の記憶は不確かですが、甲箱蟹、寒ブリ、トラフグの白子など最高の食材の味をできる限り引きだすような料理だったように思います。ただその分僕には塩味が強かった。あと〆の炊き込みご飯はむしろもうちょっと味を濃いめにしてほしかった。残りはお握りにしてくれて翌朝美味しく頂きましたが。
