この日は冬と春の食材が楽しめる

さっそく店内には
胡麻の香ばしい香り。
春キャベツとしらすの胡麻和えは
春キャベツの甘さと
胡麻の豊かな香りがすごい。
さっそく心を鷲掴みに。
序盤に出てくることが多いお刺身は
コース中盤に登場。
確かにお刺身って
コースのメインにもなるから
このタイミングもありだよね。
塩とわさびでさっぱりと。
うますぎる。
土鍋ご飯は
ホタルイカの炊き込みご飯と白飯。
白いご飯が食べられるの
嬉しすぎるよおお！
残ったご飯はおにぎりにしてくれるんだけど
冷めたご飯もめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
