① Rockfish soup (Japanese pepper, mugwort) ② Thick mountain sesame pickled greens It's sticky, and the flavor of the mountain vegetables stands out. ③ Deep-fried shellfish and koshiabura Very sweet and fragrant! Amazingly delicious. ④ Firefly squid, grated daikon, green yuzu The size is huge and impressive! ⑤ Yuzu and new ginger stewed potato stems (read: zuiki) You can enjoy the fresh aroma. ⑥ Assorted forest vegetables: Bachiko, new potatoes with butterbur miso, tamagoyaki (with shark paste), rape blossoms, lily root (using salted cherry juice) The cherry-flavored lily root is especially delicious! ⑦ Sashimi (tiger fish, bigfin reef squid), shellfish (salted emperor, Sanuki ark shell stewed in string), tiger fish innards stewed with new ginger The combination with vinegared miso is very delicious, and there is also a slight bitterness. ⑧ Mountain vegetable rice dumplings Just the best! It also contains yuba, and is really delicious! The rice is fragrant and goes perfectly with the tuna topped with soy-marinated green peppers. It's superb. ❷ Firefly squid and fresh ginger Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) ❸ Bamboo shoot Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) ❹ Sakura shrimp Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) The aroma is wonderful and it's so delicious that it's moving. I even ordered an extra bowl. For dessert, we had mugwort mochi and cherries. It was very delicious, and I really liked the unique taste of mugwort. Onarimon Haru is worth a visit for its dishes that make the most of the flavors of the ingredients and its unique and creative evolution of Japanese Cuisine.
