はい。いつものランチタイムです。
13時近くとやや遅め。
いつも前を通りながら、三田の方へ向かってしまっていましたが、この日は、そっちまで行く時間がない中で、行っていない中華という狙いでさっと入店出来たこちらへ。
麺気分ではあったものの、ランチメニューを眺めているうちにご飯気分になったので、週替わり「豚肉と卵のオイスター炒め丼セット」を選択。
10分もせずに着丼です。
メインの炒め。
卵ふわりで、もやしシャキシャキ！。
野菜たっぷりでオイスターもくどくないバランス。
いいですね。
小鉢的な唐揚げ油淋鶏ソース。
3個も付いて、お得感。
カリッ！ ジュワッ！に甘酸っぱくネギと生姜の効いたソースがイメージ通り。
これに焼売がつく。
ふむ、ＣＰいいですね。
米の炊き加減も、やや硬めで好み。
うん、満腹。
ご馳走様でした。
