休日の12:30頃に2人で訪問です。
日の出桟橋にあるHi-nodeの2階にあるお店で、ベイサイドってやつです。
気候の良い時期はテラス席も気持ちよさそうですが、この日は若干まだ早いかなということで店内にしました。席数も結構多そうでしたが、ランチでも予約は可能なようなので、眺めの良い席を確保したい場合は予約がよさそうです。
店内はコンクリやダクトむき出しのインダストリアルな内装に、ウッディな什器を合わせたオシャレな雰囲気。
大開口の掃き出し窓からは、東京湾と晴海や豊洲のビル群が臨めます。
頂いたのは、
・日の出クラシックバーガー（目玉焼きトッピング）
・日の出クラシックバーガー（アボカドトッピング）
・クラシックプリン
バーガーは、いわゆるグルメバーガーの部類に入りますが、クオリティの割にはお値段控えめと感じました。
バンズはこんがり焼かれていて、ジューシーかつ肉肉しさを感じるパティに、トマト、レタス、ピクルスが入るオーソドックスな具材。トッピングで目玉焼きとアボカドを追加してみました。
そしてバーガーに添えられているマヨネーズが逸品でした。多分、自家製で、オレンジ系の柑橘の香りがしました。爽やかな香りと酸味と甘みが、ガッツリ系のバーガーをさっぱり味変させて、かなり美味しかったです。
付け合わせのフライドポテトは細切りでパリパリ食感で好み。
デザートのクラシックプリンも、クラシックな固め仕上がりで密度高めの濃厚な味わいで甘さ控えめの大人な味わいが、やはり好みでした。
味もコスパも景色も良く、ぜひ再訪したいです。
