フレンチビストロだった店舗を居抜きで使っている韓国料理店を初訪。最近石焼ビビンバを食べていないため注文。
石焼ビビンバの成否を決める石鍋の温度は合格。ナムルや野菜もたっぷり入ってヘルシー。これを少しスープを足して蒸す感じにしつつ、コチュジャンを足して適度にお焦げを作って仕上げる。
