知人と2人で利用しました。6時ジャストにオープンします。早く到着しても入れないかもしれません。2時間ほどテンポ良くお寿司とお料理が提供されます。
白子を酢飯と混ぜてリゾットのようにいただきましたが、非常に濃厚なふぐの白子で美味でした。
日本酒とのペアリングも素晴らしく、日本酒の奥深さを感じることができます。
