「鮨 浩也」は、東京都港区の浜松町駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にある寿司TOKYO百名店です。
「おまかせディナーコース」（15,000円）を食べログで予約し、土曜日の18時の回に訪問しました。
夜の営業は18時と20時30分の2部制で、店内は8席ほどの落ち着いた雰囲気です。
お酒のメニューはなく、好みを大将に伝えるとおすすめを選んでくれるスタイルです。

すべての握りが丁寧に作られていて美味しかったです。
特に、ます漬は炭の香りが絶妙で好みの味でした。
のどぐろの天ぷらは独特の旨味がしっかりしていて絶品。
富山ほたるいかはシソの香り付けで爽やかに仕上げられていて、ぷりっとした食感も最高です。
そして、最後の自家製プリンは、ラム酒を入れると大人の味わいになり、デザートの締めとして格別でした。
「鮨 浩也」は、コスパに優れた美味しいお寿司が楽しめるお店です、また再訪したいと思います。
