浜松町駅から徒歩5分ほどのところにある寿司百名店の鮨 浩也さんを訪問。こちらは20年オープンで22年百名店に選出された新鋭。最近は同じ浜松町に立ち食い鮨も始められたようだ。
事前に食べログにて予約して訪問。外観はシックでオシャレな雰囲気で店内は和の落ち着いた雰囲気。カウンターは9席。
寿司を握る大将は2代目とのことで、まだ20代ながら、握り、魚の捌き方、魚の切り付けなどの腕前は非常に素晴らしかった。
特にイチオシなのはのどくろ天ぷらのシャリ巻きだ。これは人生で初めての食べ方だったが、一生の思い出になるような絶品のおいしさだった。のどくろの天ぷらは外側サクッとしながら、中はプリッと柔らかく脂身もあって風味も抜群。海苔の佃煮も入って香りよく、海苔もパリパリで、この組み合わせの全てが絶妙で最高だった。
中トロの切り付けも絶妙で口の中で魚が踊るような感覚があり、脂身も非常に美味しく、印象的だった。
日本酒は大将の出身である長崎県の日本酒よこやまが出てきて、辛口ながらも非常飲みやすく鮨との相性も良く、美味しかった。
1人2万円もしないくらいで絶品のネタとお酒をいただけたのでかなりコスパは良かった。気張らずに行きやすい雰囲気でもあり、また訪問してみたいと感じる素晴らしいお店だった。
