浜松町ランチシリーズ（浜松町1,050軒目）。
本日は、今年、ハマサイトグルメにオープンした串焼き店、いずもさんで。
初入店。
夜は串焼き主体のお店ですが、お昼はお魚、お肉など幅広いメニューで提供されてます。
その中から本日頂くことにしたのはお刺身の定食（990円）。
メニューを見て、店員さんにお刺身定食をオーダーし、待っている間にメニューでも写真に撮ろうかと思ったら、写真を撮る前に、料理到着！！
え、早すぎない！！
お刺身だからセットしてあったんでしょうが、ものすごいスピード。
で、お隣の客がハンバーグ定食をオーダーすると、これもあっという間にアツアツのハンバーグが到着。早すぎる・・・
このスピードだと、回転率も向上して効率がいいですよね。
ただ、今はコロナ禍で、お客さんもそんなに多くないので本領発揮できない状況ですが、通常の状況だったら威力を発揮するでしょう。
ちなみに、お刺身もおいしかったです。
特にぶりが良かった。えんがわ、赤身、えびもグッド。
白飯と、あおさ汁とともに、おいしく頂けました。
悪くないお店だと思いますよ。
