海外から久しぶりに来日されたお客様を伴いランチで訪問。
何だか、ものすごい近代的なホテルの中にあるんだな。
お客様と二人で、「なんて読むんだこのビル名」って入口でしばらく考え込んでました（笑）
エレベーターで４階へ。
静かな廊下を進むと、牛がいましたよーーーー(*´▽｀*)
宮崎牛を取り扱う鉄板焼きのお店「銀座みやちく」さん。
事前に前菜・サラダ・スープ・お肉・デザートとドリンク１杯つきのランチコースを予約しておきました。
本日の内容は
・サラダ 温玉添え
温玉が円やかに素材をまとめてくれるので、柔らかな味わいを楽しめます。
・グリンピースのスープ
グリンピースは苦手ですが、スープだと行けるのですよねえ(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
少し青臭さはあるものの、塩味が丁度よくて美味しい♪
・パテ マスタード添え
ピスタチオかな？ナッツが入っていて、食感が良く マスタードとの相性もピッタリでした。
・宮崎牛の ロースとフィレ
恭しく登場井したお肉は 綺麗にツヤツヤと輝きを放ち同行したお客様も
目が輝いていました(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
焼きあがったお肉はお好みで 塩コショウ・ワサビ、柚子胡椒 特製のタレなどで頂きます。
ロースは見事な脂ののりっぷり！
ミディアムレアに仕上げられたフィレは美しいだけでなく、柔らかくて
むっちゃくちゃ、うんまーーーーーーーーーいでーーーーーーーーーーす(*´▽｀*)!!!!
ロースは私には少し脂が多かったのですが、お客様にはどストライクだったようで
ロースとフィレを交換して頂きました(*´▽｀*)

・デザート
苺とチョコレートのデザート。苺もチョコもとってもおいしかったのですが 冷蔵庫で
チョコがカッチカチに固まってしまったようで、フォークが刺さらず
ちょっと食べにくかったです|дﾟ)
・乾杯ドリンク1杯と食後の飲み物つき
この価格でこの内容なら満足でしょう(｀･ω･´)
もう少しお料理説明が細かいと分かりやすいかなあと思いました。
