サービス、雰囲気、ボリューム、盛り付け、コロナ対策は満点でした。
しかし、1つだけ残念だったのは味。
ビーフファヒータを頂いたのですが、全体的に少しボケた味で何かが足りなかった気がします。かといって素材の味を楽しむ、というような味でもなく・・・
スープは少し塩辛く牛のスープという説明でしたが、牛の味はほとんどしなかった気がします。塩辛さはありましたが、スープも何かが足りない味でした。
雰囲気やスタッフのサービス、メニューコンセプトも大変良かったので、味が改善されることを期待しつつ少し厳しいコメントをさせていただきました。メキシカンは大好きなので、このようなご時世ですが、ぜひ頑張っていただきたいと思うレストランです。
