平日のランチに伺いました。
場所は浜松町駅から徒歩5分程度の“東京都立産業貿易センター”の2階の“みなと横丁”です。
11時55分に入店して､先客3名です。
店員さんに1名と告げると4名席をパーティションで区切った2名席に案内です。
内装も沖縄音楽も沖縄気分を盛り立ててくれます。
「ごーやちゃんぷるぅ定食」950円を注文しました。
スープはプラス150円でそばになると言われましたが、スープのままで注文しました。
約3分で配膳です。
後客の「ごーやちゃんぷるぅ定食」はもっと速い1〜2分の提供でしたが、その後の後客は10分以上の提供時間がかかっていました。
数人分の作り置きなんですかね？
ゴーヤチャンプルは、苦味がたまりません！美味しいですね。玉子の火の入り方が､ゆるいくて半熟部分も有り柔らかくて美味しかったです。
味付けも好みで良かったです。
ご飯(五穀米)には､甘味噌がのっていて、これをご飯に付けると美味しいです。
スープは塩味が少し濃く感じますが、出汁が効いていて美味しいです。
12時15分には満席で、後客に席を譲ります。
