誕生日会用に「絆〜ガトーフレーズ〜」5,900円を注文しました。
これは香川県産の苺<さぬき姫>と4種のベリーを使ったプレミアムロングショートケーキです。
普通の円形のホールと比較すると､切り分けてサーブし易そうですね。
ただ全長50cmも有るので持ち運びは、ちょっとしにくいです。
生クリームが濃厚で甘さも程よく美味しいですね。
苺やベリー類の酸味と生クリームの組み合わせがとても美味しいケーキでした。
