コロナ規制も開けたこの頃。誕生日のお祝いをしてくれとのことで色々お店を探してこちらが気になり予約して伺いました。
こちらのお店は小豆島出身のオーナーがホテルとか色々やってらっしやるうちの1つで隣が同じ系列のホテルがあります。
浜松町の駅近に一軒家のリストランテです。
中の設えもとても贅沢に空間を使ったダイニングです。
予約を告げて席に案内されるととても素敵なダイニングにとうされましたた
本日は1番上のコースをお願いしてフルコースです
こちらは瀬戸内の食材にこだわっていて、ほとんど全てがこちらのものです
初めのアペリティフは自家製のジンジャエールです、とても生姜の効いた美味しいジンジャエールです
最初ひと皿はホタテとホワイトアスパラガスのムースに自家製キャビアを添えたひと皿、全体のバランスもよくホタテとアスパラガスの風味が抜群のひと皿でした。
二皿目が鰆のサラダ仕立て鰆はほぼお刺身のレベルにドレッシングわ添えてこちらも鰆の美味しさが素晴らしいひと皿です。
三皿目が明石のタイのソテーこちらは皮目がパリッとしていてタイの美味しさを感じられました。
四皿目がパスタ四国の夢見豚という銘柄豚を使ったタリアッテレです脂のない部分を使っているので言われなければツナと感じてしまうくらいあっさりしています、
メインはオリーブ牛のランプの部分のソテーです、オリーブ牛は初めて食べましたが、とても柔らかく癖のないお肉です。多分なかなか食べる事の出来ない食材です、
いちごのグラニテとオレンジのアイスクリームのデザート更に子菓子とコーヒーのコースでした。
全てにおいて平均以上の美味しさを感じられるコースでした。
更にこちらはパンも全て自家製でフォッカチャなどは小豆島の小麦を使ったものですし。その他のくるみのパンオリーブを挟んだパンなどついつい食べすぎてしまいます。
サービスも小豆島愛が溢れたサービスですとても心地よい一時と良い記念なりました。また伺います
