お店が開店したばかりの頃に目の前を通りがかり、気になってからというもの１年ほど経ってからようやく訪問できました。
正直、すべてが期待以上でした。
建物はオーナー建築士によるこだわりに溢れていて、上質で居心地のいい空間を作り出しています。
お皿のセンス、ワインによってグラスの形状を替える細やかさ、丁寧でやわらかな接客に、素材の味を活かした繊細なお料理、そして素晴らしいお料理を更においしくするワインの提案。
東京で、1.5万円のコース（今回頂いたのは「Menu 瀬戸内」）で、ここまで感動させてくれるか、と驚かされました。終始、幸福感に包まれた時間でした。
ワインはフルペアリングでお願いし、乾杯の泡（プロセッコ）を含め6種類をグラスでいただき、また追加で小豆島産の生ハム（おすすめです！）を半人前で頼んで、コースとあわせて1人3万円ちょっとでした。コスパ、という言葉でレストランを語るのはそれほど好きではないのですが、それにしてもリーズナブルに感じます。
お料理は基本的に素材を活かす傾向でありながら、シンプルなだけでなく繊細さを併せもっています。薄味な傾向もたいへん気に入りました。
メインのオリーブ牛は塩コショウだけで味付けし、肉の焼きで魅せるところなど、皿ごとにアプローチを変えて最大限に素材を活かそうとされているのがわかりました。ほんとうにおいしかった。肉を焼くのもたいへんお上手だと感じます。
自家製パン、小豆島産のオリーブオイルもとても美味しい。
料理のソースにあわせてパンを替えるなど、パンにまで料理の相性が計算されていて感心しきりです。
素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました。
総合的に、星付きでもおかしくないお店だと思います。
毎月25日はコンサートが行われるようなので、その日にもぜひディナーをしてみたいです。
