お料理一品一品を食べる度に感動が感じられます。素敵な空間と、感動するサービスが加わる事で、お料理一品一品が配膳されて行く中で、日常から自分が切り離なされて行きます。結婚記念日や重要な商談、プロポーズする場所にも適したお店だと思いました。私は、大切なお友達との会食場所に使わせていただきました。
香川県出身のオーナー（追記：2024.5現在75歳）が一貫性を保って、こだわり抜いて作られているお店、お店の外観、内装（床、テーブル、御柱）、ナイフ、ナプキンどれもが素敵でした。このオーナーが既存ホテルを買収、昨年リニューアルオープンさせたホテルが「オリビアン小豆島 夕陽ヶ丘ホテル」（フレンチまたは、バイキング→ご予算次第）との事。ぜひ一度泊まりに行ってみたいと思いました。このお店の隣にあるホテルや近所にある日本食店も同じオーナーが経営しています。追記：カサイホールディングス株式会社
