ランチで訪問。
場所は大門駅を出てすぐの大きな交差点から
ちょっとだけ浜松町駅よりに入った
路地沿いにあります。
店内に入るとライブキッチン形式になってて
カウンターで調理しているところも見れたり
外にテラス席があったりして
狭い店内なのにちょっと解放感がある
雰囲気になってる。
食べたのは、
目玉焼きグリルベーコンナポリタン 1,100円
※大盛り
まずサラダ。
これがよくあるイタリアンの
パルサミコ酢的な酸っぱいドレじゃなくて
コッテリなドレッシングで好印象！！
次にスープ。
こちらはしっかりミネストローネ。
定番の味だけど間違い無い。
次にメインのパスタ。
喫茶店ナポリタンとは違って本格派。
ベタベタしたトマトの味はしなくて、
かなり上品な仕上がりになってる。
さらに胡椒がピリリと効いていて
かなりアダルティな感じ。
そして、目玉焼きもしっかり半熟、
ベーコンもカリッとしてて
一つ一つがしっかり調理されてて、
ちゃんとイタリアンを食べてるって感じ。
調理技術もしっかりしてる！！
このお店は全体的になんというか、
基本的には夜がメインで
お酒と共に味わうイタリアンってか、
港区らしい雰囲気を感じる
イタリアン風味のオシャレな居酒屋
って感じのお店だと思うけど、
東京カレンダーに載ってそうな
創作ナポリタンというか、
ランチだとなかなか食べれない
そういう大人な味のパスタを味わえる
って意味では良かったかな。
小洒落た感じだけど、
格式ばってない創作イタリアンみたいな
感じが好きな人にオススメのお店かな。
