トマトとナスのムサカ、ウージ（ラム肉の炊き込みご飯のようなもの）、タシリブ、クスクス、プリン、クナーファ（レバノンクリームのケーキ）等を家族でシェアして頂きました。
どれも珍しくて、味の形容が難しいのですがとても美味しい！私はウージが好きです。ラムですがホロホロに柔らかくパラパラしたご飯と混ぜてパクパクいけます。
クスクスは野菜がいっぱい入っていてアッサリめ。ムサカはトマトの酸っぱい感じがウージと合って付け合せに良い感じです。
タシリブはラムですがたぶんコリコリした部分もあったので内臓系も入っていそう。でも臭みは全く無くシチューみたいな感じです。
びっくりしたのはクナーファというレバノンのケーキ。レバノンクリームという、西洋のクリームとは別物のクリームが中に入っているのですが、高カロリーなんだろうけどこちらもクセになってパクパクいけてしまいます！リピ確定です。
