ビブロス レバニーズレストラン
ちょっと珍しいレバノン料理のレストラン。大使館の方たちもよく食べに来るらしく、いつか行きたいと思ってチェックしておいたのでした。
先客は2組。4人座れるボックス席が3つ、2人掛けのテーブルがいくつかでそれほど広くはない感じ。
私が注文したのは、シシュクフタ(ラム肉)税込2000円。特に説明も書いていないので、写真を見て直感でオーダー。とりあえず、羊が大好きなのでこれにしました。
最初にスープが出てきて、その後にワンプレートと薄いトルティーヤみたいなものが。もう少し厚みのあるピタパンみたいなものを食べるのかと思っていたけど、違うんですね。
棒状のお肉はラム。羊はちょっと苦手…という人はたぶん苦手と思われる、しっかり羊くさいお肉。うまっ！！こういうのを待っていました。細長いパラパラのライスと一緒に食べます。
丸いペースト状のものが2種類。
1つはホンモスと書いてあったけど、私が知っている読み方だとフムス。ひよこ豆のペーストですね。これ、大好き。
オリーブがのっているムタッバルは焼きなすのペースト。たぶんパンにつけて食べるんだろうなぁと思い、パンをちぎって、少しずつつけながら食べました。
トルコ料理にも似てるけど、ちょっと違うような？？？クミンが好きな方はハマりそうです。
レジのあるカウンターの下にはスイーツもたくさん並んでいました。レバノンスイーツはおいしいと何かで読んだのですが、満腹すぎて食べられなかった…また今度。
