先日お誕生日のお祝いを兼ねた5名での食事会でうかがいました。
レペトワで修行された野口シェフが就任されて新しく2023年3月にリニューアルオープンされたようです。
お店は芝公園駅から数分、田町駅からは歩いて12分ほどセレスティンホテルのすぐそばです。
裏道にひっそりとぼんやり温かな照明が出迎えてくれます。
お料理は10,000円のコースをいただきました。前菜はオマールからとった出汁の効いたジュレ、鯛のカルパッチョはとてもねっとりと熟成感がありうまみの塊でした。
ただすっぱいだけのカルパッチョとは全く違うシェフのお仕事を感じます。
野口シェフがお一人で調理されているので「今までのような複数人での仕事とは違いますので」ととても遜ってらっしゃいましたが、1人ですべて下準備なさっているとは思えない、丁寧なお仕事のお料理で驚きました。手を抜かずに美味しいを追及されてらっしゃいます。
3皿目は牛テールとおこげの温かな前菜。こちらもワインが進むうえに見た目も可愛く華やかです。
4皿目は香ばしく焼いたホタテのグリエ。ホタテの甘みが引き出されて絶品です。
こがしバターのおソースもクラッシックで、私たち好みでした＾＾
メインはお魚・肉両方。金目鯛の鱗焼き、和牛ロティと結構なボリュームです。
ケーキは普段は御用意できないこともとおっしゃったのですが、BDプレートに仕上げてくださいました。
5名で白2本、ボルドー1本をいただきお1人14,000円ととてもリーズナブルでした。
リニューアルオープンから1か月ですので、現在はアラカルト不可、コース料理のみ。
ランチ営業もされています。
夜のアラカルトなどが始まれば、ふらりとカウンターで赤ワインをグラスでいただいたりもっと使いよいお店になるんだろうなと思います。近くまた伺いたいです。
