浜松町から徒歩ですぐの１階が居酒屋、地下が焼肉屋のニクヤノシゴト。
弟の勤め先が大門にあるので、弟と行ってきました。
まだ2021年末にオープンしたばかりらしく、店内も清潔感がありました。
まずは、乾杯はキムチにビールスタート。
☆キムチ盛り合わせ
旨味しっかり系の、きむちで定番のカクテキ、白菜、きゅうりの３種盛り！
やきにくといえばのマストスターター。
☆厚切りタン
焼き物１品目は厚切りタン。
小さなハンバーグくらいの厚さで、１枚が本当に分厚い。自分の好みの厚さ、焼き加減に調整できて焼き物スタートは完璧でした。ジューシー！
☆牛もも
たんぱくなものが食べたかったので牛モモをチョイス。
きれいな肉色でさっぱりいただけて、嬉しい赤身肉でした。
☆上はらみ
３品目は、上ハラミ。
こちらもたんぱくお肉ですが、お肉の味が濃くてうまみたっぷり！
肉肉しさが大好きです。
☆黒毛和牛カルビ
上質なカルビ。焼き肉にきたら絶対に頼まないといけない雰囲気はなんなのでしょう。
期待を裏切らない、いい感じに刺しの入ったカルビ。やっぱりご飯がほしくなります。
☆牛レバー
焼き肉でひさびさの牛レバー。見た目ぷりぷりの牛レバーは、焼き方次第で表情がかわるので真剣にやきます。なめらかな舌触りがたまらないレバーをねぎ塩でいただきました。
弟との楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
会社の近くだとフラッと寄れる感じで１階の居酒屋も気になるところです〜
