世界三大料理の一つに数えられながら日本ではもう一つ馴染みの薄いトルコ料理。
僕もケバブやフムス、せいぜいキョフテくらいの知識なのですが、インドカレーもあるトルコ料理店があると知って行ってきました。
シャンディズ。
行ってみるとトルコ料理、インド料理のみならずイタリア料理もあるというカオス。
まずトルコ料理からチェロケバブクビデを。
これは何のことだかわからないのですが、牛と羊のケバブだと言われました。
ご飯もついてきます。
野菜料理はインドのアルゴビ。
カリフラワーとジャガイモのドライカレーです。
パスタも食べたくて頼んだのですが「今日は忙しいからできない」と言われてしまいました。
ちょうど宴会が入っていたのでそちらの対応ということでしょうか。
仕方ないです。
ケバブはシンプルな味わい。
ふわっとした食感でハンバーグのような感じなのですが味はもっとシンプル。
グリル野菜やオリーブと共に食べます。
これにご飯がつくのですがこれだけだとご飯のおかずとしてはちょっと物足りないイメージでした。
アルゴビはインドネパール系のテイストの悪くないもの。
これをご飯に乗せて野菜カレーに、ハンバーグがトッピングと考えれば良い感じ。
ただそうなると結構な金額なので、それをどう捉えるかなのですが、普段食べ慣れないものが好きなものと一緒に食べられるお店は貴重だなと思うのでした。
