A Persian and Turkish Cuisine restaurant. The waiter said, "We haven't made any adjustments to suit Japanese tastes, just the authentic taste." When I asked what their top recommendation was, they said it was lamb on the bone stewed in tomato sauce, so I ordered that. I was surprised at the dish that came out. It was a stew of huge lamb on the bone, something you rarely see in Japan. The meat was stewed until it was tender, and the soup was unique with the aroma of various spices. It was exactly the same taste as the food I had in the business lounge in Istanbul, where I got off a Turkish Airlines flight. It was definitely Persian food without any adjustments. It was very filling. I enjoyed it.
