2022年11月にオープンしたレストランです。大門駅近くの地下です。
オーナーはもともと渋谷の同名のレストランで勤めていたとのことで、その時からの常連さんが結構来られているようです。
店構えはアットホームなトラットリアのようなイメージで、ジビエ肉をメインにした料理が食べられます。
いわゆる、チェーン店とは対極にありそうな、一皿一皿にこだわりが凝縮されたようなメニュー構成でした。
レギュラーメニューには、国産のダチョウニク、カンガルー肉やイノシシ、鹿などがラインナップされていますが、それ以外にも日々違ったジビエや魚介食材を各地から仕入れているそうで、食材に合わせた調理がオーダーできます。
このときは、初のタヌキ肉のボロネーゼ？やカエル肉を人生初で頂きました。
ワインもこだわりがあり、料理に合わせてペアリングしてもらえます。
今回は思いっきりジビエでコースをお任せしました。
もちろん、ジビエ以外のメジャーなメニューもあります。
ここまでこだわったレストランはなかなか見つからないので、再訪必至のお店になりました。
