平日のランチに伺いました。
場所は地下鉄大門駅A6の出口から徒歩1分のビルの地下1階です。
2名テーブル2卓､4名テーブル2卓､6名テーブル1卓､カウンター3席でした。
11時45分の入店で先客無し。カウンター席ではなく1番奥の2名席に案内です。
「お肉屋さんのボロネーゼ サラダ､フォカッチャ付き」1,000円+「スパゲッティ150g へ増量100円」
サラダは注文後すぐに､「お肉屋さんのボロネーゼ」は12分後に配膳です。
同時に「唐辛子とガーリックのフライ」を“お好みでどうぞ”と一緒に配膳です。
サラダは以外と大盛りで､少し甘めのマヨネーズが良かったです。
「お肉屋さんのボロネーゼ」のパスタの茹で具合はアルデンテで食べ応え有りちょうど良い硬さでした。
ソースはトマトの酸味は抑えられていて、多少ダマになった挽肉が噛みごたえが有って、味付けも良く美味しかったです。
スパゲッティを150gにしたので量的には多めでした。
唐辛子とガーリックのフライを途中でかけて味変です。
辛味が入ってガーリックの旨みも加わり美味しいです。
付属のフォカッチャも暖かく美味しいですね。
後でメニューを見てわかったのですがプラス200円で生スパゲッティ150gに出来たんですね？気づかず残念でした。
12時少し前には､後客でほぼ満席です。
全員が女性なので､さっさと食べて退散しました。
ご馳走さまでした。
