平日のランチに伺いました。
場所はJR浜松町駅から徒歩2〜3分の文化放送の脇を入った先の小道です。
11時40分の入店で先客2名です。
カウンター席は無く､テーブル席のみで全部で40席ぐらい有ります。
4名テーブル席に案内です。
着席すると店員さんにすぐに注文を聞かれます。
店頭のメニューで決めておいた､「さば焼き定食」1,000円を注文しました。
約4分で「さば焼き定食」の配膳です。
店頭に”紀州備長炭使用店“とあったので、焼き加減に期待です。
さば焼きは表面の焦げる具合のちょうど良い焼き加減で､身の食感も良く美味しいです。ただ､期待していたほどの脂がのってはいなかったですね。
期待が大き過ぎただけで、普通に美味しい”さば焼き“でした。
ご飯の硬さがやや硬めの好みの水加減で美味しかったです。お茶碗に山盛りなので、量的に多かったです。
おしんこ2種がテーブル上に有り､食べ放題と言う事でした。
