2023年7月24日に移転リニューアルオープンした「麻布十番 薬膳カレー 新海 大門店」さんを訪問しました。
こちらはジャズミュージックが流れるとても綺麗で雰囲気の良いバー。お昼の営業時間帯はスパイスカレーがいただけます！
お店のホームページによるとこちらでいただけるカレーは、小麦粉不使用、油を最小限に抑え、17種類以上のスパイス・ハーブを使用したカレーだそうです。
今回は以下のカレーをいただきました。
▪️２種盛り薬膳カレー 1400円
２種盛り薬膳カレーは６種類のカレーのうち好みの２種類を選択するカレーです。いただいたのはこちら。
・スリランカ風薬膳スープカレー
メニュー表記では辛さレベル一つ星。マイルドなカレーです。お店の方に確認した所、お店イチオシとのことでこちらを選択！
スリランカ風薬膳スープカレーは、スリランカカレー特有の甘みと酸味、コクがしっかりと感じられるカレー。20種類以上のスパイスとハーブを使用しているそうで心地良い香りと風味が楽しめます。美味しいカレーです(^.^)
・豚挽肉と唐辛子のカレー
メニュー表記では辛さレベル三つ星ですが、辛さはそれほどでもないです。
こちらは唐辛子の辛さとスパイスの風味、野菜の旨み、豚肉の味わいが特徴のカレー。スパイスの効き具合、適度な辛さがいい感じです！美味しいです(^.^)
カレーと一緒にいただくライスもカレーにピッタリ。また、自家製ピクルスが食べ放題！漬け具合が良く、甘酸っぱい爽やかな口当たりが美味しいピクルスです(^.^)
