霜降りで厚切りだけどめちゃくちゃ柔らかくて
旨みがあふれて美味しかった！
ラムチョップは骨付きでテンション上がります
焼いて食べる前に店員さんが
綺麗にカットしてくれます✂️
骨の周りも美味しいので綺麗に頂きました！
生ラムは味が付いていないので好みの味付けで✨
モンゴル岩塩、辛口の秘伝のタレ、
ニンニクと生姜のタレがあります。
私はお塩が新鮮な生ラムの
旨味をしっかり感じられて
特に美味しく頂けました！
壺漬け特上肩ロースは
味がしっかり染み込んでいて
ジューシーなお肉とタレの相性抜群です✨
ラムのタン、ハツはなかなか珍しい✨
タンは食感が良くレモンを絞って
ビールが進みます❤️
ちなみにビールのサイズ3種類あるんだけど
筋トレサイズは1リットルジョッキで
めちゃくちゃ重かった！
日本酒も獺祭45の純米大吟醸が750円で
並々超えて注いでくれるので
お代わりしちゃいました✨
