The grilled lamb is soft and flavorful, but it doesn't have a strong odor. It's plump with a springy texture, and the rice goes well with the unique flavor of sheep. Seasoning with Mongolian salt on the table and adding the sauce really brings out the flavor of the meat! delicious! ! クセなく柔らかく、優しくてめちゃくちゃ旨い。味わいは甘みが強い
