三田にある中華料理店『菩提樹』へ。
地下鉄の駅から徒歩１分。ホテルのホールのような大きな空間で迎えてくれます。席数はなんと150席にも及ぶそうで、会社などの大きなイベントでの利用も想像できます。ちなみに、料理長も都内のホテルで腕を磨いたシェフなんだとか。さっそく料理をいただいてみましょう。
自家製ネギチャーシュー麺、1100円也。
文字通り、ネギとチャーシューを乗せた麺料理。ネギとチャーシュー自体の味わいはもちろんですが、炒め油の風合いも積極的に参加。これがスープとも融合し、全体の味付けを決定付けております。もはやこれだけも料理として成立しておりますが、もちろん麺とも絡んでいきます。全てが細かいシルエットなので、常に麺に寄り添ってくれるのも特徴です。ご馳走様です。
