無性に刀削麺が食べたくなり、Googleさんに聞いて初めての来訪。
控えめで爽やかな辛さを求めた結果、葱油刀削麺を注文。
期待どおりの控えめかつ爽やかなスープ、柔らかすぎず固すぎない麺に箸も進み、あっという間に食べ終わる。
赤坂のお気に入り刀削麺には勝てないが、及第点かなと。
11:50に入った時には待ち無しだったが、お店を後にした12:30頃には少し列ができていました。
