コチラはそんな行列店のひとつ。

メニューは曜日替り定食950円が一種のみ。長い間この運営手法でやってます。
月曜は唐揚げと鶏焼売

木曜はメンチカツ
金曜はニラ玉と若鶏甘酢餡掛け

本日は木曜日。不動の人気を誇る？という
"BIGメンチカツ定食" の日。
入店後、席に着くなり配膳されるメンチカツ定食。
初めは面食らいましたが、一種類だから当然かw。
卓上にセットされた冷水とコップ、ソース、ドレッシング、そして塩ごま、全てセルフ。
運営効率良く、客回転も抜群で、正に時代と立地にマッチした運営手法だと思います。
しっかり火入れされたガリガリっと厚めの衣が特徴的な、大きなメンチカツは、ミンチ肉にハーブのフレーバーも感じて、しっかりとした作り。
ご飯の盛りはしっかり多めで、ペースを間違えると後半は「塩ごま」の出番です。
店内はテーブル席とカウンター席で総勢30名程の老若男女の会社員で満席。
全員が同じメンチカツ定食を食べてるという不思議な一体感の空気。こんな体験、中学時代の修学旅行以来かも^_^
