ラザニアが有名！？ トマトの酸味がきいたソースがいい
休日のランチで、田町のイタリアン ナビリオにいってきました。
ラザニアが美味しいとのことで行ってみました。
注文したのは、
パスタランチ ナビリオ特製ラザニア
です。
ラザニアは数量限定ですが、この日は遅い時間でもまだ残っていました。
パスタランチは、パン・サラダ付きです。
パンは白い柔らかいバケット。小麦の味わいが良いです。
サラダはレタスと豆ののったもので、さっぱりしたドレッシングです。
ナビリオ特製ラザニア
ナビリオ特製ラザニアは焼きたてでだされます。
四角いグラタン皿に入ったラザニアは、ぐつぐつしたトマトソースがとても熱そう。
食べてみると、とても熱い。
トマトソースが多めで、全体的にやわらかめ。
コクのあるチーズの味わいと、挽き肉の味わいもいいです。
具はタップリで食べ応えがあります。
またラザニアが食べたくなったら来ても良いかも。
ワンプレートランチはボリュームたっぷり
休日のランチで気になっていた田町のイタリアン「ナビリオ」に行ってきました。
田町駅の芝浦口を出て、しばらくまっすぐ歩き、1度右に曲がりまっすぐ行き、信号を渡った所にお店はあります。
建物が奥に細長い造りになっています。
行ったのは1時過ぎだったのですが、先客は1組のみ。
奥のカウンター席に案内されました。
注文したのは、
ワンプレートランチ ピアットウニコ 1650円
です。
ワンプレートの中身は、前菜盛り合わせとパスタ、カツレツです。
前菜盛り合わせは、ハム、キッシュ、タン、麦、サラダです。
手作りハムはやわらかな味わい、キッシュは卵のあじわいがよく出ていて美味しいです。
パスタは、サルシッチャーとズッキーニのトマトソーススパゲティーです。
サルシッチャーはイタリアンソーセージで崩れた状態で、ズッキーニとトマトソースに絡んでいます。
パスタはカペリーニと思われ極細で、トマトソースによく絡む感じです。
ボリュームたっぷりで食べ応えがあります。
カツレツは豚ヒレ肉で3枚入っています。
卵がしっかりからみ、揚げて香ばしくなっています。
ワンプレートランチにはパンが付いていました。
パンはバケットで、堅い物でした。
乾燥しすぎなのか、そうゆうパンなのか不明ですが、ちょっと残念。

Italian Cuisine Naviglio is located at the foot of Momoyo Bridge and Moshio Bridge, a 5-6 minute walk from JR Tamachi Station on the Shibaura side. When I went a little after 12:00, there were 3 groups waiting. It faces the canal and has terrace seating, but it's cold in the winter, so I prefer to sit inside. After a long wait, I was shown to a table. There is only one cook and one person working on the floor, which gives the impression that it is quite strict. I ordered spaghetti with salsiccia (Italian Cuisine sausage) and broccoli in olive oil. Salad/Bread This is a lunch menu, so it comes with salad and bread. A salad with lettuce, beans, and something similar to quinoa. There are two types of bread. Salsicher and broccoli spaghetti with olive oil The spaghetti felt thin and had a lot of olive oil, making it soup-like. The salsiccia (Italian Cuisine sausage) and broccoli are covered in pieces that look like they've been torn apart. Salsicher has the umami flavor of meat and a bit of spice. The crunchy texture of broccoli is also good. The olive oil is seasoned with hawk claws to add spiciness.
