平日限定、ランチバイキング（11:30～14:30）の利用です。税込み、1000円、制限時間は無しです。禁煙席は、奥の右側、ドリンクバーの前のエリアに、4人席×7卓があります。その他の、90席あまりが喫煙席です。
トイレは、喫煙席奥の右側の先にあります。皿の下げはセルフで、ブッフェ台終端のドリンクバーの裏側の少し分かりにくい場所に、食器返却ワゴンがあります。また、その左側に、退店専用の出口もあります。
この店もロシアン佐藤さんのブログで紹介されていたので、安心して行けました。フードファイターの行きつけの店は、さすが、CPの良い店が多いです。メニュー写真の通り、料理は日替わりですが、このメニューは、ネットで公開されていないので、近隣の人以外は、事前入手が困難です。

料理がなくなると、たまに別の物に入れ替わります。混雑状況は、開店時に、10名程度、12時少し前には、ほぼ満席ですが、長居をする人が殆んどいないので、回転率は良い方です。13時を過ぎると閑散としています。
サラダバーの他、ドリンクバーも充実していて、コーヒー、紅茶、オレンジジュース、アセロラジュース、コーラ、お茶と、一通り揃っています。友人とゆっくり語り合うには、良い環境の店です。
残念なのは、過去に雑誌で掲載されていた、月曜日限定のランチバイキングで、牛ステーキの食べ放題がなくなっていたこと位でしょうか。ステーキがなくても、料理の種類は充分なので、こうした、CPの良い店は、末永く営業して頂きたいです。

＜ 2015年6月4日（木） 再訪 ＞
約1年振りの再訪です。客付きは、前回同様、12時過ぎにほぼ満席です。システムは変わらず、日替わりメニューです。料理がなくなると、たまに別の物に替ります。本来はメニュー写真の通り、その日のメニューは決まっています。
今回は、デザートが、プチシュー ～ ショコラケーキ ～ フルーツみつ豆と変化しました。得した気分です。前回と違うのは、13時を過ぎても、ポツリポツリと入店する人がいたことでしょうか。
立地があまり良くないですが、駅から近いし制限時間もないので、都営線沿線の方にとっては穴場です。都内のランチバイキングを一通り回っても再訪したい店が少ないですが、そんな中、候補に残った貴重な店の一つです。
