コロナ禍で休業していたため、長らく訪ねていなかったゑび伴へ。
千円の季節限定の海老と春野菜の天丼といったお手頃天丼もあるが、やはりここでは小海老ぎっしりのかき揚げ丼をご飯大盛りでお願いする。
2020年9月当時1,500円だったかき揚げ丼は、1,800円。胡麻油が香る分厚いかき揚げには、海老がギッシリ詰まっており、その数は20尾を超える。
多少揚げ過ぎで、海老が硬く、ぷりぷり感に乏しい仕上がりだったのは残念。やはり御成門の之村のかき揚げ丼の高いクォリティには及ばない。
それでも、次から次へと海老が攻めてくるのがとても心地よく、海老と真正面から向き合い、ランチタイムは無事終了。
