①上げ方は強めで、ちょっとフリッター風な香りが私の好みと合った。
②漬物の胡瓜は糠香が強く、白菜は柚子香が強くコレも好みと合った。
③天ダネは全体的には小さい(茄子だけ本日は大きかった)が、烏賊は小さくても厚く切られて有り、噛みごたえがあったし、海老も小さいけどプツリさと強い硬さがあり、偶々そういうネタに当たったのかもしれないが、悪いor高い天丼とは思えなかった。
④おしぼりもちゃんと布である。この値段で布おしぼりを出してくれる所は、これからはサービス点数0.1〜0.2は上積みしても良いのでないか？と、今更ながらに考えてみた。
