14:00からの変面ショーを目当てにメルカリにて13:30からの予約。
娘も帰ってこれるというので3人での訪問だ。
注文しておいたのは【プレミアムランチ+飲み放題】 税込5,480yen。
前菜5種盛合せ．．．干し豆腐、わかさぎ唐揚げ、鶏肉、エビに紅芋。
続いてアワビ入り、小フカヒレ姿煮、カボチャのスープもよく合う。
ホタテ、イカと季節野菜の炒めものは、とても絶妙な味付け。
小籠包も中身がジューシーだ。
春巻．．．ちょうど変面ショーが始まって中の北京ダックがに気付かず。
大海老のマヨネーズ和えは、チーズみたいにまったりした味わい。
蓮の葉チマキ、鶏肉入り．．．もち米が美味しかった。
ゴマ団子は中身が熱々。
デザートの豆花は欠片のような見た目だけど黒糖シロップが優しい。
飲み放題なので、ビール、桂花陳酒、サンザシ酒、ジャスミン茶を飲む。
食べログのジャンルが四川になってたので辛いのかと思ってたけど、
全然そんなことはなく、日本人好みの優しい味付けになってる。
このコースで飲み放題付き、変面ショーも見られてこの値段はすごく
お得だと思う。
