平日13時30分くらいに訪店。
ピークは過ぎていたので混雑は無し。
券売機で「中華そば」900円と「ごわん」（白ご飯）150円を購入。
確か券売機に「麺の追加注文は出来ません」との案内があったと思います。
大盛りにする場合は+150円のようです。
オーダーから5分も待たずにラーメンが着丼。
スープを一口。美味い。
化学調味料を使っていないとの案内がカウンターにもあったように、自然な魚介系とあっさりした豚骨がややとろみのあるスープがさっぱりしていました。
麺はやや細身だがコシがありツルツル食べれました。
具材のチャーシューもホロホロしていたし、焦がしネギがアクセントになっていてさらに良い。
スープですが濃いめでパンチの効いた味が好きな人には、やや物足りなさを感じるかも知れませんが、私にはより魚介系の味が楽しめて丁度良かった。
50代後半の私でも完食し、スープも全部頂きました。
あと、ごわんも美味しくスープとよく合ってました。
次回は大盛りで頂きます。
余談ですが、、、
食事中に外人さんが1人来店したのですが券売機で購入していたのですがお店にの人に
「Cash Only sorry」と言われて残念ながら食べれずに退店していました。
現金を持っていなかったんですね。
異国の方ににも是非、味わってほしい一杯です。
