ともすると通り過ぎていまいそうな目立たない地上サインを確認して階下へ。
大きな暖簾を潜るとゴージャスな和装空間。個室完備で用途としてはビジネス会食にも最適。
ランチでも提供している当店名物の
"トマトすき焼き膳" 3000円を注文。
お上品な自家製豆乳を使用した、柚子あんかけおぼろ豆腐が先付けとして提供された後、人生初食のトマトすき焼き登場。
グツグツ煮立った和牛をめくり上げると真っ赤なトマト！
甘辛醤油の割下に、バジルとオリーブオイルとニンニクって、、しかも夜コースだと〆は「タリアテッレ」らしい。
イタリアン風なすき焼きって斬新です。
決して気を衒った「色モノ」ではなく、計算された見事な組合せ。間違いなく美味しい。
溶き卵無しでそのままでもイケます。
ちなみにトマトはもちろん、玉ねぎにも鍋底の車麩にも、しっかり熱々のトマト割下が沁み込んでいるので口内火傷に注意。
ご飯も赤だしも漬物も手抜き無くしっかり贅沢なランチを堪能。
デザートに「名古屋コーチン卵のカスタードプリン」をいただきましたが、こちらも表面が程よくパリっとキャラメリゼされた本格派。
接客も丁寧でサービス面でも安心してビジネス会食できそうな店です。
