Visited around 8pm on weekdays. The restaurant is almost full with couples and groups. I entered the somewhat dimly lit store, took a seat, looked at the menu, and placed my order. Otoshi is a dish of fresh vegetables such as cabbage dipped in miso or mayonnaise. It's crunchy. After that, liver and green onions came out after a reasonable interval. The liver is grilled to retain its freshness, so it's delicious even without adding anything. Although the green onions are small, they bring out the sweetness of both the green onions and the chicken, making them delicious. The first thing I ate was fried chicken bones. Although it says it's made from bones, it was easy to eat and wasn't too greasy, making it an interesting snack. Lastly, I had the potato butter, which was soft, and I also ate it with salted squid on top, but the salted fish didn't have a strange smell, so it was delicious. I think the price is normal or slightly cheap. The size is average or slightly small, but the taste is delicious. I didn't eat many of the rare parts this time, but everyone was ordering them, so I'll try them next time!
