地下一階の食堂街は魅力的なお店が色々。
チョイスは「イタリア食堂TOKABO 田町センタービル店」。
普段使いの大衆オステリア。（表現が変？）
明るくて、清潔な店内。
テーブル席とカウンター席で全60席ほど。
意外と奥が広い。
ランチメニューを拝見。
パスタが６種類ですね。
パスタの量、200g、300gは同じ値段。
400gは、＋200円で少し高くなります。
そして、セットメニューは、、
ドリンクバーが120円！
パンまたはスープが、各150円！
サラダ、デザートが各180円とは、田町では破格の安さ。
オーダーは、「鶏引き肉とそら豆のペペロンチーノ」950円に惹かれましたが・・
「蒸し鶏とグリーンピースのクリームソース」1200円。（全て税込価格）
ダイエット中ですが、我慢で来ず、麺量300gをコール。
ややあって、登場。
少し時間がかかったのは、最近流行の生パスタではなく、乾麺タイプだからですね。
美しい色合い（照明の加減で少し色が悪いですが・・）。
底に沈んだ緑色のソースは、春が春を告げています。
グリーンピースが、春爛漫。
パスタは、当然ながら、見事なアルデンテ。
塩加減も完璧。
オリーブオイルが乳化して旨味に変わっています。
蒸鶏、美味し。
散らされたガーリックチップが、シャクシャクと良いアクセント。
あああ、本当に美味しです。
