今日は田町、薩摩居酒屋『さつま武蔵』です。
鹿児島に3年ほど住んでいたことがあるため、薩摩料理、結構ワクワク。
JR田町駅からも、都営三田線三田駅からも徒歩約3分
田町駅からは、西口を出て、慶應中通り商店街を入り、三田製麺所の手前を右、天下一品の少し手前のビル4Fです。
店内は引き戸の個室。
ゆったりいただけます。
さて、いただいた料理たち。
▪️さつま知覧どりたたき二種盛り
モモとムネのたたきです。
ムネ肉は、かぼすポン酢と柚子胡椒で。
モモ肉は、甘じょうゆとおろしにんにくで。
どちらもしっかりとした歯ごたえがイイ！
ムネ肉はさっぱりと。
モモ肉は甘みもあって美味しい〜！
▪️ばりばりキャベツ
自家製の味噌とマヨネーズで。
いろいろ入った肉味噌が旨い。
この味噌、日本酒のあてにも良さそう。
▪️知覧どりの鶏皮ポン酢
柚子胡椒も添えられてます。
想像してたいつもの鶏皮ポン酢とは全然違い、歯ごたえがすごい！
美味しい鶏皮ポン酢で嬉しい！
▪️武蔵流黒豚の角煮
味がよ〜くしみて、とろとろに煮込まれた旨い角煮。
「料理長自慢の逸品」頷けます。
中・大から選べ、中を頼んだのですが、結構なボリュームです。
なので、きびなごの唐揚げや、国産牛ホルモンの味噌炒めも食べたいなぁと思っていたのですが、お腹がかなり膨れてきました。
で、〆に。
▪️ごまカンパチの出汁茶漬け
博多名物ですね。
ゴマの風味がイイ、コクがありつつさらさらいける。
最後になってしまいましたが、
▪️お通しさつま揚げと茄子の煮浸し
美味しいお通しでした。
お通しは大事^^
デザート
▪️さつま武蔵アイス
バニラアイスに黒蜜ときな粉をかけ、プチさつま芋が添えられています。

ハイボール、サワー、カクテル、焼酎、日本酒、ワインとアルコールも種類豊富。焼酎はさすがに薩摩料理の店だけあり、芋焼酎がメイン。
天使の誘惑、魔王、村尾、伊佐美、森伊蔵まで。レア芋焼酎も揃ってます。
料理は最初から最後までどれも期待以上の味で嬉かった！
お店の方の対応もとても気持ち良かったし、また来たいお店です。
