田町駅(三田駅)飲食店が立ち並ぶ商店街を通り、徒歩10分しないところにあります。
ビルの4Fにあるさつま武蔵。
平日、会社帰りの方で賑わっているエリアからか、土日に行った時は空いていて静かだったので、私達的にはラッキー。早い時間から開いているのも嬉しいですね。
扉の付いた個室に通して頂けました。大人数でも対応出来るテーブル席が沢山ありました。
お通しは、自家製の豆乳の豆腐。ジーマミー豆腐の様にとろんとした舌触り、チーズが入っているのか濃厚な味わいでした。
・辛子明太子 630円
大きくてぷりっとみずみずしい明太子がどーん。白いご飯欲しくなっちゃいました。
・明太マヨポテトフライ 580円
居酒屋さんでは、大体ふりかけみたいなパウダーをまぶしたタイプが多いんですが、ここはマヨネーズと本物の明太子を混ぜたものをポテトに和えていました。少々カロリーは気になるものの止まらなく食べてしまいます。
・熊本県知覧どりの鶏皮ポン酢 480円
ポン酢味、皮ですがすごく弾力があります。柚子胡椒がアクセントになります。
・肉刺し7種盛り 1980円
熊本県の馬刺しのふたえごあばらの部分は、脂身とサンドされていてジューシー
赤身刺しとたてがみは、赤身とたてがみをセットで食べる事でまろやかになります。
鶏ハムは、マリネ風な味付けです。
鳥レバ刺しもありました。
もものたたき・むねのたたきも弾力があり食べ応えがありす。
鶏皮は、別で頼んだ鶏皮みたいに味は付いてなかったので甘口醤油で楽しみました。
生姜、にんにく、山葵で味を変えて楽しみました。4.5切れあるので4人前ですね。
・紫芋のスイートポテト 780円
鉄板で運ばれたデザートの中には、とろっとろで柔らかいスイートポテトの上にバニラアイスがのっていて黒糖のソースがかかっていて、更に生クリームがトッピングされた豪華なデザート。スイートポテト＋黒糖＝バナナ味にも感じます。
・さつま武蔵アイス 380円
バニラアイスにきな粉と黒糖のソースがかかった安定の美味しさの組み合わせに、丁度良いサイズ感のさつま芋が2つ添えてあります。こんな可愛らしいお芋食べたの初めてです、家でもおやつに食べたいサイズです。
九州料理が楽しめる個室居酒屋さん、お鍋なども魅力的だったんですが、お腹の具合で辿り着かなかったので次回は黒豚の出汁しゃぶしゃぶ食べたいです。ご馳走様でした。
