慶応大学の三田祭まっさかりの田町
雨模様でしたがかなりの人出が～
慶応中通り商店街の中程にあるコチラ「さつま武蔵」
を予約して飲んできました
店内かなりの賑わいでしたが個室居酒屋なので他の方を気にせずに
ゆっくりと飲めました まずは生ビールで乾杯です
お通しはお豆腐でしたがこれがクリーミーな食感でワサビと一緒に食べると
美味しかった～ちょっとビックリ
ベーコンのシーザーサラダ 真ん中の卵をくずして頂きます
チーズが濃厚でクルトンが多めに入っていて良い感じ～
お店おススメの名物「肉刺し七種盛り」数量限定との事でしたが
ぎりぎり注文出来ました(^-^)
あまり見た事ない階段状の器で登場 なんかとっても豪華！！
馬刺しや鶏肉などいろいろ～薬味も種類多めでした
馬刺しはタテガミと赤身 フタエゴなど
どれも新鮮で脂身が特にウマウマ
しっとり鶏ハム レバ刺し これも新鮮でレバーはトロトロでした
馬刺しにはやはりニンニクが良く合う
お醤油は少し甘めの九州醤油 やっぱり馬刺しにはこの醤油ですねぇ
博多茄子の一本漬 鮮やかな色が印象的でした
カラシを少し付けて食べるとお酒が進みます
日本酒投入です(^.^)
獺祭が500円とリーズナブルで嬉しい
八海山は380円とビックリ価格
知覧どりの自家製月見つくね お店自慢の一品だそう
軟骨が入っているのかコリコリの食感も楽しめました
卵黄に絡ませて頂きます 間違いない美味しさ～
雨も降って11月にしては少し寒い日だったのでお鍋を注文
じゃぶしゃぶと迷ったけど国産牛もつ鍋を二人前お願いしました
かなりのボリューム 二人前とは思えない(笑)
あご出汁醤油のスープが美味しくてかなりの量があったお野菜は早くも完食
追加のお野菜を頼んじゃいました～
〆はちゃんぽん麺にしましたがモチモチの麺でコチラもあっさり完食デス
男二人でもこの量を食べるとさすがに満腹で大満足
代金も1人頭5000円弱でリーズナブルに感じました～
