最近は食べに連れ出すと会社の出来事とかを話してくれる娘。
親は心配なのだよ。いつまでたっても親だからさ～。
なかなか猫がいると一緒に旅行ができないので、
今回は鹿児島のものが食べられるお店で週末に親子新年会。
個室居酒屋がいい、ともリクエストがあったので、こちらをチョイス。
個室の中は色調が抑えられていて、落ち着ける部屋です。
人数によってさまざまな大きさのお部屋があるんですね。
娘はカシスオレンジ、私はお疲れさんにクエン酸サワーで乾杯♪
娘のリクエストを中心にメニューを頼んでいきました。
まずはベジタブルファーストで「生ベーコンとほうれん草のシーザーサラダ」。
カリッカリのクルトンもたっぷり。粉チーズもたっぷり。
生ベーコン、まるでパンチェッタ？と思う感じで美味しいわ！
「揚げ出し豆腐」はなんとあご出汁のだし汁がたっぷり。
かつお節もかかり明太も。九州！を実感します。
明太ってご飯のお供というイメージだったけどこうやって使ってもいいのね。
数量限定という「肉刺し七種盛り」！
さつま知覧どりだけでなく馬刺しも盛り合わせになった肉刺し。
馬肉は赤身やたてがみ、ふたえごに知覧どりのムネやモモ肉のたたき、
鶏レバーや鶏ハムなどバラエティに富んでいます。
肉だけに娘も抵抗感なく、甘醤油につけたりしながらいただきました。
なかなかこれだけの種類をオーダーできるところは少ないのでは？
「カラッと揚げた鶏皮餃子」はいい色にカリッと揚がっていて、
香ばしいけど中はジューシー。
鶏皮好きの親子ならではのオーダーかしら（笑）
「さつまいもフライスティック」にはマヨネーズとはちみつがついてきます。
塩だけでもサツマイモが甘いので美味しいけど、
マヨネーズとはちみつを混ぜたソースが最強！
これにつけながら奪いあうように食べちゃいました。
ドリンクは、私はせっかくなので焼酎に。
「れんと」をソーダ割で。娘はお酒が強くないので「ウーロン茶」。
「出汁巻かれ玉子」っていう名前に惹かれて頼んでみると、
出汁巻き玉子をさらに出汁でひたひたに。
出汁をたっぷり絡めながらいただきました。
ちなみに出汁はもちろんあご出汁です。
〆は「胡麻かんぱちの出汁茶漬け」に。
二人で分け分けしながら、あご出汁ってのは…なんて話をしつつ、
家で食べるなら、なんて話でも盛り上がります。
最後はスイーツで〆。
「九州のシャーベット」はこの日はマンゴーシャーベットでした。
「さつま武蔵アイス」を選んだ私。バニラアイスに黒糖ソースがけと、プチサツマイモでした。
なるほど、黒糖は鹿児島の島の特産だし、サツマイモもそう。
こんなちっちゃなサツマイモがあるとは！
プチ鹿児島旅行を食べ物で楽しみました。
きっと鹿児島出身の人は当たり前のようにあご出汁なんでしょうね。
私たちでも食から鹿児島を楽しめるお店でした。
