田町駅のすぐそば、飲食店が多く立ち並ぶ繁華街の中にある九州料理が楽しめる個室居酒屋。
エレベーターを降りると和の雰囲気。
そこが居酒屋と言う事を忘れさせてくれる。
アルコールメニューは日本酒、焼酎など豊富に取り揃えられている。
特に焼酎の品揃えが豊富だ。
お通し
自家製の豆腐
いきなりお通しから、そのハイレベルには驚いた。
固めでネットリした食感とマイルドさは、まるでクリームチーズのようで美味。
疲れをとってくれるクエン酸サワーとともにいただいた。

馬刺し
紅白盛り 980円
たてがみと赤身の盛り合わせ
甘醤油でいただく。
カプレーゼのように、5ミリほどにカットされた肉が交互にされて紅白となり、美しく盛り付けられている。
赤身の肉は艶々とみずみずしさを放っている。
あっさりした赤身を、たてがみとともにいただくと甘みが出て、このコラボが絶妙だ。
鶏レバ刺し680円
ごま油の風味が利き、薬味のネギと好相性。
ネットリとして、かなりの滑らかさ。
なかなかここまで鮮度の良いレバーは、ちょっといい焼き鳥専門店でも出ることは稀だ。
レバー好きにはオススメしたい逸品。

さっぱりしたポン酢でいただいく。
鳥の弾力がしっかりとあり、肉厚で美味。
よく出るという
からし蓮根
それほど鼻にツンとこない良い感じの辛子風味。
レンコンの表面の衣がサクサクとして、しつこくなく、とても美味しい。
そのままでもおいしいから、マヨネーズをつけるとマイルドな味に変化するのも楽しいものだ。
シメに
薩摩流豚骨らーめん 880円
あっさりしているがコクのあるスープには、やわらかな鶏肉、紅しょうが、ネギ入り。
普通のラーメン屋の量があるが、少しだけのつもりがするすると食べやすく、1人で全部食べてしまった。
おそらく紅しょうががスッキリさせてくれるから、食べられたのではないかと？
外せないデザート3種類から
紫芋のスイートポテトを。
熱々の鉄板に、なめらかな舌触りのスイートポテトがパンケーキのように敷かれ、真ん中にはアイスクリーム、生クリームに黒蜜がかけられ、ジュウジュウと音を立てている。
温と冷のコラボレーションが見事な一品。
居酒屋のスイーツの域を超えた美味しさ。
1口食べると止まらなくなり、1人で全部食べてしまった。
このスイーツだけでも、ティータイムで食べられたらいいのにと思うほど、芋好きにはたまらない。
とにかく高コスパで、どれもハズレなしのメニューばかりで満足度の高い居酒屋だった。
店内は個室、半個室、宴会にちょうどいい広めの個室と、幅広いシーンで利用できそうだ。
おすすめのカンパチがなかったのが残念！
