さつま知覧鶏武蔵セット
まずは知覧鶏たたき
むね肉ともも肉のセット。
左、むね肉はしっとり柔らか。右のももはぶりぶりっとして、噛むほどに旨味が
出る味わい深い鶏刺しです。さすがの知覧鶏。
セットの知覧鶏もも焼き
焼いて食感がムチっとして、美味しさが詰まっています。
このセットはリーズナブルでおすすめです。
黒豚の岩塩焼き
こちらも鹿児島名物。シンプルに塩だけで焼いた黒豚も
素材の味がしっかりしてるので、それだけでいい。脂をじっくり味わうのです。
締めの紫芋のスイートポテト
鉄板熱々にバニラアイスとのコントラスト。
