山小屋風一軒家で二階席もあって、女子もOKな感じ。
月・火・土・日はハッピー泡で、生ビール・ハイボール・サワー各種・赤白ワインが終日何杯飲んでも¥300だって❗️
お通しは「自家製豆腐キノコそぼろあんかけ」。
家庭的な味わい。
「鶏刺盛合せ(むね・もも肉)」
モモ肉の弾力！
ムネ肉もしっとり。
生姜、にんにく、ねぎの薬味で。
「ラン・ラン・ラン」
味玉、いくら、キャビアで卵✖️3。
揚げネギが鳥の巣のようで、味わいにも一役買っています。
ハイボールも¥300！
カフェのコーヒーよりも安いし、値段を気にせず飲めました♪

つくねがねっとりしているのは練っているからだそう。軟骨入りで食感もよし♪
「こころ残り」
ハツもとという、ハツとレバーの間の血管部分。ぷるんぷるんで美味しい♪
「塩レモンサワー」はグラスの淵に塩がついています。
これも曜日限定とはいえ300円とはお安いですね！
さらに「樽出しスパークリング」は、いつでも¥290！ってすごいです〜！
おススメの「とろとろ炙りレバー」
塩とタレと。2種類の食べ方で。
レバーと一緒に赤ワインを。
